2021 Echo West Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

We select 3 barrels from the vintage that best express the Echo fruit and allow that wine to age an additional six months (30 months total) in barrel before bottling. This extra barrel aging yields a smoothness on the palate that resembles a more aged version of the wine.
